This newly-built villa Eleni  offers breathtaking views over Aghios Stefanos and Aulaki bay. Set in a hilltop location, along with its peaceful ambience, the stone-walled property is well turned out inside with comfortable furnishings and the owners have lovingly restored the villa to create a typical charming Corfiot-style. Outside, the ample pool terrace offers breathtaking views, and there's a shaded outdoor dining area complete with barbecue perfect for cooking out-of-doors. A delightful, get-away-from-it-all location with amazing views, with easy access to resort amenities make this a great choice.

With its peaceful ambience Eleni is a charming villa, yet has easy access down to the Agios Stephanos with its excellent tavern's and with a choice of beaches including the extensive beach at nearby Avlaki, makes this a great choice for a relaxing family holiday. Internally the villa has a light and airy living area with French windows leading out onto the pool terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, easy chairs and a coffee table. The dining area is furnished for six people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sofa opens up into a double bed that is suitable for up to two children under 12 if required. On the ground floor is the master double bedroom and the first floor has two twin bedrooms; all the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has lots of natural light with glass doors leading onto to individual terraces all, with panoramic sea views.

Outside, the ample pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas and outdoor dining area complete with barbecue which is ideal for al fresco dining which is complemented by the fantastic views. On Avlaki beach there are two well regarded tavern's, a water sports school with wind surfing and dinghy sailing and also Dimitris riding stable which is suitable for people of all standards.
